1 : How is my personal information used on the Good--Games.Net network?
Good--Games.Net uses a clients personal information to provide, manage and maintain services to a
client, such as priority support. Billing information, clients address, phone number, full name,
username/password for individual service and other information is used to maintain customer records
for different services that a client may have signed up for. No information, whatsoever, is shared
with third-party and related services unless, and until a client provides their prior consent and
approval allowing Good--Games.Net network and its staff to do so.
2 : Online Interaction:
Good--Games.Net offers the Good--Games.Net Online Forums as one of the
interactive services including, but not limited to, message boards and
private messaging. Any information submitted via the Online Forums can
be considered to be public information. In many cases it can be viewed
by fellow members of the forums. Any information submitted via the
forums, including emails, personal messages (also referred to as pm),
where any staff of the Good--Games.Net network is not the one and only
sole viewer and recipient of the information, can be considered to be
viewable by others. Such information may be viewed and used by others
for unsolicited messages via email, pm, or other forms. Good--Games.Net
is not responsible for any such unwanted interaction/action that a user
may deem to be unsolicited. Any information submitted to the
online profile, online forums, or any related service/carrier, should
be considered to be viewable by the public unless it is submitted to
the Good--Games.Net staff via one of the supported and official methods
of secure support [namely, email, personal message and helpdesk
ticket], or unless otherwise noted. You should not post information on
the forums that you do not wish to make viewable to the public.
There
are some fields in a users profile area at the forums, such as
Good--Games.Net service username, service type and others, which are
only viewable by the Good--Games.Net staff. These are denoted by the
word [PRIVATE] in front of the field names.
3. Helpdesk: (Currently Disabled)
Depending on the nature of some help tickets submitted via the helpdesk
[http://.Good--Games.Net ], a Good--Games.Net network staff might
require personal information, such as, a users full name, their
address, or their username and password and related information. Such
information is necessary in many cases to verify the information and to
access certain information for a user. Such information should be
considered to be secure if it is sent via the official support
methods directed to a sole Good--Games.Net support staff [namely,
email, personal message and helpdesk ticket directed solely
to Good--Games.Net staff only].
4 : Mailing List:
Good--Games.Net may send its customers, from time to time, important
announcements and news related to Good--Games.Net services via email.
Such emails are sent via a mailing list database, the helpdesk e-mail
database, and/or the online forums database. Clients can opt to remove
their e-mail addresses at any time from the mailing list database by
sending an e-mail to support@Good--Games.Net, or by submitting a
helpdesk ticket via http://helpdesk. Good--Games.Net. Clients
can further remove their e-mail address mailing from the online forums
by choosing the appropriate option inside their "User Control Panel" on
the online forums.
If you are subscribed to any of Good--Games.Net services, are a member
at our forums, or have used our helpdesk, your e-mail address may be
used to send you notices, announcements, and updates regarding
Good--Games.Net and Good--Games.Net services in general, and your
account[s] in particular. You can unsubscribe from any of these lists
at anytime by sending an email to support@Good--Games.Net with the
removal request.
5 : Domain names:
Domain names registered through Good--Games.Net automatically have
their WHOIS information to reflect contacts at Good--Games.Net. This is
done to protect the privacy of users, and to follow the guidelines of
our privacy policy. If at anytime you wish to change the domain WHOIS
information for a domain, or domains, registered via Good--Games.Net,
simply send in a ticket via: [http://helpdesk.Good--Games.Net]. The
information will be changed right away with the information you provide
us.
6 : Cookies:
Cookies are generally used on the internet to be identified by your
browser and provide specific information about yourself, such as your
email, or your system specs which can be read easily over the internet.
We only use cookies for most features that require a log-in. For
example, if you are a registered member at our forums, the default
option of logging you in and recognizing your username and other
profile for the forums is to use cookies. Our helpdesk system currently
also uses cookies to store your personal information so that a staff
may know your account details to help you with any issues.
7 : Ads:
Good--Games.Net does not imply ads of any kind over any Good--Games.Net
network of services. Furthermore, Good--Games.Net itself does not have
affiliateship/partnership with any ad network. If you notice any ad
network claiming otherwise, please alert us immediately through any of
the official contact methods.
8 : Disclosure of information:
Good--Games.Net will not disclose any information related to a client
on any request of a third-party vendor or service. However,
Good--Games.Net will provide customer information if it is requested to
do so by any government agency, or when Good--Games.Net deems it
necessary that the law requires such information.
The Good--Games.Net privacy policy applies to both customers, and
anyone browsing, visiting or interacting in anyway, with any of the
Good--Games.Net services. The Internet evolves at an uncontrollable
pace, and so does information development. Thus, this policy is subject
